Tallinn Old Town: tower and restaurant Restaurants have sprung up everywhere in the 6 years since I last went over. Here, in a tower in the fortress wall, a new restaurant has taken root. Even more curious is that it's a Chinese restaurant. We decided that Chinese restaurants are a sign that civilization has arrived. Or maybe that it's ending. Anyway, it looks like it's in Tallinn to stay. |
